Editorial policy
Our goal is useful, appropriately cautious fitness guidance that makes its evidence and limitations easy to inspect.
How content is produced
Guides are written from primary research, systematic reviews, professional position stands, and practical exercise principles. Sources appear on the page. Product pages distinguish research from hands-on testing and disclose affiliate relationships.
Health and safety boundaries
Content is general education, not diagnosis or individualized medical care. We avoid guaranteed outcomes, explain meaningful uncertainty, and recommend qualified care for pain, injury, pregnancy, or medical concerns.
Review and updates
Pages show publication or update dates. Health-adjacent calculations, programming claims, broken links, and high-traffic guides are reviewed when source guidance changes and during periodic editorial audits. Material corrections update the page date.
Credentials and transparency
We list only verified credentials. Until a qualified named reviewer signs a page, the byline remains the Oh My Glutes editorial team and does not imply clinical review.
Corrections
Send source-backed corrections to hello@ohmyglutes.com. We review substantive reports and correct confirmed errors promptly.
